Design Process
Providing multiple touchpoints to easily get in touch with Investment Advisors reaffirms the personal care Realized has for each client.
My main goal was to bring our executive stakeholders together and get everyone on the same page about the core problem we needed to tackle with a new product. This meant building trust and open communication among the stakeholders, helping them collectively pinpoint the exact challenge we were facing. What was really rewarding to see was how, as the design sprint unfolded, the stakeholders gradually opened up. Through collaborative discussions and engaging activities, team leads from different departments began sharing their insights and perspectives more freely. This led to a deeper understanding of the problem and a shared commitment to finding the right solution. By encouraging these discussions and involving teams from different areas, we managed to reach an agreement on the central issue that the upcoming feature would address. This agreement set the stage for the exciting parts: brainstorming, deciding what's most important, and eventually bringing the new product to life. At the end of the sprint I pulled together our activities and ideas and produced a design sprint recap which also outlined the timeline for development.
